Sale representative – Crypto Mining / Digital-Asset Mining Operators

Role overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of Ferveret’s cooling solutions to digital-asset mining operators and hosting providers. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital-asset mining market and experience selling cooling, power equipment, or miners to large-scale compute operators. The ideal candidate will be U.S.-based and willing to travel extensively domestically and internationally. Proximity to Ferveret’s HQ in San Jose, CA, is a Plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales strategy: Prioritize target accounts and develop and execute a comprehensive salesplan to penetrate those accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities andstrategic partnerships.
  • Customer engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at digital-asset mining operators, hosting/colocation providers, and related businesses. Understand their operational needs and constraints to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Product knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of mining hardware, rack infrastructure, and Ferveret’s cooling solutions and their applications in the mining and hosting markets. Clearly communicate features, ROI, and technical benefits to prospects.
  • Sales process: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal close. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts. Run product demonstrations and work with engineering for technical deep dives as needed.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and customer success to ensure smooth implementation, handoff, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record selling equipment or infrastructure to digital-asset mining operators, hosting/colo providers, or other data-center infrastructure buyers. A strong network in the mining/hosting community is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of cooling technologies, rack integration, and how those systems apply to mining and high-density compute environments. Able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
